Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, and House Washing in Lake Oswego, OR

This client lives next door to one of our long time patrons, and star clients, up in the overlook area of Lake Oswego. The McGinnis's ask if they could hire Racine Property Services, Inc. to clean their home. This project entailed a brief roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window washing, window screen cleaning, and pressure washing the home. We use low pressure to clean homes, and any soft surfaces, as know as soft washing in the industry. High pressure is not necessary for cleaning as many might think. Using our cleaning solution, we are able to remove all organic matter from the homes. Using an extension pole to reach the gutter faces, we agitate the dirt with a brush after the solution has dwelled for a bit, and rinse everything off thoroughly. The home looks like it was recently been painted, even though the paint is 6-7 years old.
