We offered her a package deal, at a great discount, to get her home up to speed on the annual maintenance and upkeep, which she gladly excepted. The package included gutter cleaning, a house wash, window cleaning, and pressure washing all the concrete surfaces. this included the entryway, all the walkways, the drive way, and the sidewalk. The results speak for themselves. During the work we found some unfinished areas that the remodeler had not completed. here in Oregon we have a lot of rain, and this would have caused some serious damage had it not been found.
